Flores Statement Regarding House Republican Lawsuit

U.S. Representative Bill Flores (R-Texas) issued the following statement regarding the court ruling on the House Republican lawsuit challenging President Obama's unilateral changes to Obamacare:

"I am encouraged to see that the courts have decided to allow the House of Representatives' lawsuit against President Obama and his Administration's failed health care program move forward. The president must be held accountable for his actions. His total disregard for the Constitution and abuse of power will have consequences. Through this lawsuit, Congress can work to restore the public's confidence in our Constitutional system of governance and preserve our nation's fundamental separation of powers. House Republicans are committed to protecting the Constitutional liberties of American citizens."
